Residents go 12+ hours not being changed. Med staff gives wrong meds. They have RAs changing bandages on wounds where you can see the bone because the med techs hide in the med room and sleep. Tiffany Lameer is an employee and neglects the residents. Sherries were called for neglect within the last two weeks. States been in a few times to just shut it down. Another employee who goes by Chris doesn’t even work on CBRF abuses the residents as she puts them in bed to help her friend out. Andy Olivares doesn’t care. Mary johncox doesn’t care. Nicole Konrad doesn’t care. Mary throws away statements which they say they need to move along with any accusation. Mary why are you throwing them away ? Protecting your friend Tiffany? They fired Brenda who was HR because she friend doing something about the neglect and abuse.
