Memorial Hospital

We received some other patients discharge papers than our daughter's and I do not believe this is an appropriate act of privacy towards the patient. Also when I went in after delivery of my baby, was treated with absolute unkindness and very unprofessionally and on discharge papers had medications that were in fact never given to me. If someone doesn't bring this up how will it be dealt with in the future will it be ignored and repeated as has been? I found out today that the hospital is wanting to charge my family for a blood transfusion that was never received! In fact the night we went, I heard the doctor tell the nurses that if I needed a transfusion, they would have to fly me to Midland because they didn't have the type of blood I needed. Now I am supposed to pay for a transfusion that I never received...very unfair, unkind, unprofessional. I would give zero stars if that were an option!
