Platte Valley Medical Center

I was admitted on 5/24/23 for a back surgery. The admitting nurses were very helpful in answering my questions and concerns. After surgery I was sent to room 3018. I had heard terrible things about the care at Platte Valley and was not to sure I had wanted to have my surgery there. Needless to say, from the very beginning, the staff on the 3rd floor was beyond amazing! The staff always answered my call button immediately and came to my room to address any problems. From the Charge Nurse to the CRN, everyone was totally professional and treated me with the utmost respect. They always made sure I ordered my meals and was always ready to help me get out of bed. The nurse called me shortly after I arrived home to check on me and make sure everything was okay. On Monday, the hospital called again to make sure everything was going okay. I definitely recommend Platte Valley Medical Center!
