I absolutely do not recommend Busey Eye Care. I went in this morning for an eye exam and to get glasses, went through the entire process, and only at the very end was I told that the provider said they wouldn't even fill my prescription and that l'd have to take it somewhere else. That is completely unacceptable and incredibly misleading. This should have been clearly communicated upfront instead of wasting my time and money. It honestly feels like they only care about getting you in the door and getting their money, not actually providing the service you came for. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I will not be returning, and I will be warning others to avoid this office. Based on my experience, patient care is clearly not a priority. I was told someone would get back to me promptly, yet no one has followed up and it's clear they have no intention of doing so. I have the documented paper prescription I was given as proof the provider told me to go elsewhere. This… experience only reinforces what many others in the Bartlesville community have already said: providers here do not prioritize patients. I strongly recommend going to Owasso instead. Save your time, your money, and your frustration.
