Dr. Hieu Huynh, a dedicated and insightful Optometrist, has roots in Carrollton, TX, where she was raised before embarking on a distinguished academic and professional journey in the field of optometry. She laid the foundation of her career with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at Dallas, and further honed her expertise by obtaining a Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. Dr. Huynh's commitment to her field is evident from her extensive clinical training, which includes externships at prestigious institutions such as the Jack C. Montgomery Veterans Affairs Hospital in Muskogee, OK, The Cornea and Contact Lens Institute in Edina, MN, The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, PA, and under the mentorship of Dr. James Lewis in Elkins Park, PA. Her rotations were specifically tailored to emphasize primary care optometry and ocular disease, while also encompassing specialty contact lenses, …and co-managing cataract and refractive surgeries, showcasing her diverse skill set.Licensed to practice at the highest level of optometry by the Texas Optometry Board, Dr. Huynh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her patients at Clarity Vision Care.
