The pharmacy is always busy and to be honest short staffed but they all go above and beyond to ensure I’m taken care of. Ashley has been there for years and is so nice and helpful.

This pharmacy (specifically) needs an entire staff overhaul. They are resentful if they need to correct their own mistakes, and defensive when THEY mess up a rx. Their "automatic" refill system (which you are not informed of) generates refills today and tomorrow sends you a text it's too early to refill. They don't apologize for the inconvenience/confusion. They again defend it and try to explain it away, never acknowledging that an error was made. I have transferred my rx's to the J-D HWY location and on the very first rx they filled, they were able to see and follow the note explaining how one my rx's is to be filled. The Ironbridge location got it wrong 2 months in a row...and got upset both times I asked it be corrected. Kroger needs to address the problems at this pharmacy. I haven't even mentioned the time they told me while I was there that I had other meds ready to refill and when I left and returned to picked them up, told me it was too early. They never reversed the transaction on one of them and now I have go a month without the medicine because it's reflected in the system as being filled. The carelessness at this location is dangerous.
Just ask if the script had refill

Switched pharmacy due to unsatisfactory service at another pharmacy. Short story long... switching was easy, pharmacy was having communication breakdown. I asked if my script had refills, she said yes but, she couldn’t refill for another 30 days due to the fact that I had just gotten a refill at the other pharmacy. Okay.... the question remains... do i have refills? She replied with the same answer. I just wanted to know if i had refills on my scripts; didn’t ask for her to refill my script. A duh! Can we get over the judgements and answer a simple question without confusion. Makes ya kinda’ wonder how does one make it through school if you cannot answer a simple question?! Break it down Barney style. Next time ask...do i have a refill , I don’t want a refil i just want to know IF i have a refill? Same question, different context?! I don’t know? Holy smokes, whata freaking conversation that was.

The pharmacist said my prescription was too soon to be filled. She hadn't done her job to see it was a different dose. This is a lazy, inexcusable reason to deny a prescription.
