Good service

This is an insurance broker and researcher type company. Prescriptions are sent to this company to make the process more relevant. This is not a pharmacy in a sense that will usually send you medication. They help you to get everything proper for your insurance to work.

Unbelievably bad

I wrote a prescription for myself (I’m a physician and it’s for a skin cream). Waited a week-didn’t get it. Called them. The waiting time is forever-thirty minutes to talk to anyone. It’s now been a month. Credit card charged but no medication. I’ve spent hours trying to follow up on my Rx. Will never ever ever use this pharmacy. Wish I could get my time and money back. Still don’t have my meds

Run.

Complete disaster. World's worst pharmacy. If your doctor says your prescription is to be filled by Prugen or by ASPN Pharmacy, immediately request another pharmacy. Tried calling 844-267-3251 to check the status of a prescription refill I placed over two weeks prior (still not received), and after being on hold for over half an hour was automatically sent to a voicemail to leave a message. Which I did. Although, I know they won't call back. I really don't know how they're still in business. Run away fast.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever had no matter what industry it is. I thought CVS was bad. They make CVS look like a blessing from heaven.

I don't know what is wrong with this pharmacy

They didn't hesitate to charge me money, but haven't sent me my life-saving prescription for weeks now. They keep moving the delivery date. There is something really wrong with this company.

Worst mail-order pharmacy

I haven't received my child's Auvi-Q yet. I was told that I will receive it on a specific date; called back when it didn't arrive. I was told to wait for a few more days and I complied. Again, nothing came. Called again and found out that there was an issue and they have to verify an info from the prescriber but they did not take any action until I called. The request to verify has just been on hold for almost a week. I verified the info myself and was told that I will receive a notification once it the meds is sent. I was kind of skeptic at this point and my intuition was correct. No notification was received. I have dealt with other mail-order meds and so far, I receive my meds in less than 3 business days. Auvi-Q is my child's life line. It's been 15 days now since that order was placed. The last time I called, I requested the pharmacy to expedite the processing. I guess that didn't happen either as I still don't have the Auvi-Q. Unfortunately, I was told that all Auvi-Q prescriptions now go to this pharmacy. As much as I want Auvi-Q, I will just go back to the regular generic epipen - less hassle as I can immediately get it from my local pharmacy. I paid for the meds and I want my money back!
