The people who run this pharmacy stopped caring about quality patient care when they lost their main source of profit, Fentanyl! Insys filed for bankruptcy because CEO was a greedy, horrible person. I wonder the kind of cuts the CEOs here gave themselves to remain open? Or are they just as greedy and instead kept their insane salary’s and fired the little people... Why though, no one there cares about quality customer service anymore anyway. No thank you I’d rather fill locally.

When I switched jobs and also States the insurance I have now would not pay for my prescription (which is $4000 out of pocket!) I must say Dunn Meadow has really worked hard to help me at least get my meds by calling Doctors, manufacturers and me to let me know what to do. I haven't gotten it yet but they definitely are trying to help!

I have multiple family members battling late stage cancer. Not a fun time. Each has care givers and complex medical and pharmacy needs. Dunn Meadow has been wonderful in dealing with the seemingly ever changing needs of my family and staying in touch with the family member patients, caregivers and other helping family members.

My Dr prescribed a med through Dunn Meadow and wanted me back in a month to see how I was doing on the new med. It's now 6 wks and I still don't have it. Part of it is my dr's office fault, but poor communication and follow- through has become a not- so- fun comedy of errors.

I live in Washington and my dr was working with Dunn meadow for a prescription he was putting me on. One day before the med is due, the “concierge” calls to let me know that they are no longer working with my dr and can no longer fill my meds. This mind you is a Friday with a holiday on Monday. My drs office is also closed on fridays. I was told that fed ex would be delivering my hard copy script by 1:30pm yesterday(Saturday the 13th) . It is 1:47pm on Sunday the 14th and I have yet to receive anything and the tracking info for fed ex only says “pending”. I am now in danger of withdrawing from my medicine as it is for pain. Luckily I do have a few extra but this situation is above and beyond ridiculous. Good customer service would have been to fill the prescription and say then that since they are no longer working with my dr, the following month wouldn’t be filled. I also had to call around to find a pharmacy that would have the prescription on hand for me. Causing more stress and worry of withdrawal.....the withdraw is scarier than my pain itself. How do you do this to a patient. If in fact I get sick or am not able to do something about this, it will undeniably be because of your company not communicating important changes. I should have been informed days before the script was due. Not at the end of a business day on a Friday. Freaking ridiculous. In first dealing with your company had been a breeze. Loved it, recommended it and had told my dr what a great experience it was to work with you. But...this totally changed my entire thought on your pharmacy and it’s practices. It’s not my fault that your company has chosen to not work with my dr, yet in the end, I am the one that will suffer. Not good patient care in any way.
