They profile patients.

The pharmacists profile patients at this location, that is a fact. If you have to refill a controlled substance here you better not bother trying unless it's the 30th day of your 30 day supply. Otherwise they will tell you it's to early and against their policy or lie and say your insurance won't cover the prescription because it's to early even though you know for a fact that isn't true and the insurance will indeed cover it. I understand not refilling a prescription to early to stop abuse or to stop diverting the meds but come on when someone is trying to refill on the 28th or 29th day of a 30 day supply and they won't fill the prescription it is just ridiculous. This helps no one and the pharmacists sometimes talk down to customers, i have heard this many times. Go somewhere else I now go to Walgreens, any where but this terrible place.
