When the new Kroger/Pharmacy opened on 10/18/16, I was really excited. The old Krogers at 1630 Morse Road was old and too small. When the new store opened, it was HUGE, airy, clean, and never crowded. Since the grand opening, Krogers closed the Northern Lights Krogers, the Meijer's on Cleveland closed, and the Giant Eagle on Dublin Granville Road also closed. Several years ago, Krogers had also closed its, "Krogers on The Square", which was located near the Columbus Bowling Palace. In the early 2000's The Northland community also lost the Big Bear at the intersection of Karl and 161. Since the population of Columbus continues to increase, it makes no sense that all these stores are closing. In less than two years, the New Krogers on Morse Road has become a dirty, overcrowded cesspool. I will no longer shop at the location, and even though I live about a mile from the new store, I will drive out of my way to shop and pick of my medications at the Graceland facility. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy . I am a diabetic and on top of that right now I am pregnant and for some reason each month I get the runaround when trying to get my insulin as to when it will be ready and if it is . I always call before I go in and when I’m told it’s ready I go in it’s never actually ready . It’s gotten to the point that I switched pharmacies all together and I’m now going to CVS because of this issue . There is always a line of at least four people matter what time of day it is. My glucose reader is Kroger brand So I have no choice but to get my tester strips from Kroger h so I have no choice but to get my tester strips from Kroger. Today I going to buy them and I am told they don’t have any in stock so I leave and call 10 minutes later, the pharmacy representative that I spoke to said actually our shipment came in about an hour ago it just must not be on the shelf yet I’m sorry for the inconvenience you can come back in and pick them up . So I run the rest of my errands and drive back to Kroger‘s only for three different pharmacy representatives to tell me they don’t have any in stock . This pharmacy really needs to get it together and when they tell customers that something is there and ready for them it should be there and they shouldn’t have to get the runaround !!
