If I could give zero starts I would. This practice took an appointment and verified my son's insurance 3 weeks prior to the appt. The day before the appt. they called to inform me that the dentist doesn't take his insurance. Then they rescheduled him with Quakertown a week later. Hours after I scheduled that appointment, they called to say the day was "booked out" and had to reschedule him again. Needless to say I told them to pound sand.
