Academic Alliance In Dermatology

I had a terrible experience with Academic Alliance in Riverview. After my appointment, they prescribed me medication that wasn’t covered by my insurance. I reached out to them immediately to get this resolved, but despite over 35 attempts—calls, follow-ups, and messages—they failed to fix the issue. Months went by without any resolution. Instead of helping me, they told me I needed to schedule another appointment. For what? They couldn’t even address the problem I brought up days after my last visit. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I do not recommend this office to anyone looking for competent or responsive care.
