Academic Cardiology Associates

I made a first time appointment with the Romeo plank office. They had said they’d send me out paperwork, I did not receive any paperwork in the mail. My appointment is in one week I called the only phone number they have. The receptionist when she answered, the phone was not friendly. I did ask her about the exact directions when you pull into the plaza where the office is and she said bluntly : No Idea!!!!!!” I said to her, excuse me? I said, could you please let me talk to someone that could give me an answer? She put me on hold and left me there for seven minutes. I had to call back. I am hoping the staff at the Romeo plank. Location is friendlier and more informative. If not, then I will definitely switch doctors. This is pretty unsettling for my first time going to a cardiologist.
