ACP Saguaro Eastside Medical Group

This office is horrible. They are rude, don't call back, can't get a medication refilled in a timely manner, and I've waited on hold multiple times for 25 minutes and longer. Then, when you have your appointment, the wait times are extremely long as well. We love our doctor, but this place has become unbearable. We have to find a different doctor after 13 years with him. I wish he had never moved there. He should have read the reviews before moving there.

Waiting two weeks for RX... and counting. The pharmacy sent request for RX approval more than 2 weeks ago and still has not gotten a response from Dr. Britt. Very irresponsible of him not to respond and make me have adverse reactions to stopping the medication so abruptly. Repeated calls have met a variety of misinformation, if not flat out lies by staff. Shameful lack of professionalism or medical care.
