The last time I was here was about four years ago, I said I would never be back, The tech was Not good at all, Most of the people that were working there was not friendly. But this friday I went back and it was a very very Good visit from the people at the front to the technician,, I was very happy. They were very proficient, very friendly. Very professional, I will definitely go back

On January 18, I headed to their office in Providence for an appointment at 4:30 pm, I was late ten to twelve minutes due to traffic on 95 ( Bridge restrictions) and the doctor refused to see. The front desk person was very kind and pleasant and explained that she was aware that I was there within the tolerance of fifteen minutes but could not do anything since the doctor had refused to see me. Next appointment was in two months. It was a disappointing decision on their part and I don't think it was fair, but just wanted to share with others and leave it to their own conclusions.
