I was forced to select another GI office due to the total lack of care and professionalism of the supporting staff. Messages via the patient portal, messages left on the office voice mail (good luck talking to a live person), and emails to several in-office addresses all remained unanswered and unreturned. Advanced Gastro closed their Dunedin office due to shrinking patient numbers. Wondering why? Reading their negative Google ratings will explain that to you as well.
