Dr. PK was good but the BILLING and office manager side of this facility I would rate a “0 stars” if I could. They never submitted the referral to my insurance for the procedure and then blamed the hospital for not catching it. I spoke with them 7 different times and was told by Annette, the office manager, that they were sorry but they can’t do anything about it. I was told 4 different times it was their mistake but I still had to pay the bill. Excuses after excuses from this facility. Sorry doesn’t put food on my table. They blamed it on “New” office staff. Nothing you can do? Yes there is; you can pay my bill for the mistake you made. So the patient has nothing to do with referrals or medical coding or billing, but I have to literally “PAY” for your mistake? Not ETHICAL practice. It’s literally NEGLIGENCE. I am waiting on a lawyer to review my case. Talk to you soon
