My experience with Dr. Chang and his staff has been nothing less than stellar. I was able to get a consultation very quickly and the staff was beyond friendly and professional. I ended up booking a surgery and am 1 week post op. Dr. Chang listened to what I wanted to achieve and did not attempt to upsell me into procedures that were not indicated. He was honest about what I should expect and it really made me feel very comfortable with what would be my very first surgery. I want to take a moment to recognize his staff as well. Chastity and Teresa - the two of you made me feel so relaxed and heard. You took amazing care of me and I feel so lucky to have been placed in your hands. Your student, Latifya, was so kind and professional and I know she will be an amazing MA when she graduates.
