Advantage Dental Clinic

Where to even begin with the Hillsboro Advantage Dental Office. Today I had to walk in and schedule my kids appointment because they don't answer the phone and they don't return phone calls. They text me to schedule it and then instead of scheduling it when I fill out the form they continue to just text me to schedule the appointment. This happens with me, my kid and my husband. Recently they called and canceled same day as my appointment for the third time and said I was supposed to be scheduled at Beaverton. Beaverton sent me back to Hillsboro because I never had Beaverton as my office to be scheduled in. My kid hasn't been seen in over a year and a half because they just keep canceling the day of the appointment. My husband has had four appointments canceled. His teeth have been effected by cancer treatments and exploded and they keep cancelling his appointments. When I walked in today the receptionists were on their personal cell phones and I had to ask them to get off the phone to… help me and schedule an appointment. The lack of professionalism, oversight and care is atrocious. This is not an off day or one bad employee, this has been ongoing for years. It is infuriating to try and get dental care and be treated as a problem because staff does not want to do their jobs. Because we have OHP we have no other options and are at the mercy of a dental clinic that clearly does not care about their patients. This is absolutely THE WORST DENTAL CLINIC IN OREGON and the owners should be ashamed at how they've allowed their staff to treat their business and clients.
