The people at Advent are awesome.They communicate well,update the portal fast and overall do a great job. Every Doctor ,nurse or tech , is professional and extremely helpful. I appreciate Adventhealth very much.

I called several times to schedule an appointment because they were saying different things like they haven’t received the doctors order or they couldn’t read the order, then another time when I was trying to make an appointment and I said “Jesus Christ” because I been so frustrated trying to make an appointment and the scheduler said “you’re not going to use that name in vain have a good day” and then she hang up on me, really how dear you going to hang up on a customer like that, what you so Christian that you couldn’t hear that? It was unprofessional and disrespectful the way I was treat it by that scheduler. Then finally I schedule and appointment with Tammy and I thought this is it I was finally going to be able to go to my appointment but noooooo, little that I know I waited a month for my appointment the day day of my appointment someone called me 3 hours before my appointment to tell me that the scheduler which is Tammy didn’t schedule my appointment correctly and they were… cancelling my appointment like really what the hell is wrong with the stupid scheduler you have, you need to retrain all of them and the one that is super Christian than her ear’s couldn’t hear the word “Jesus Christ” need to be reprimanded for hanging up on a customer like that. I end it up asking for my record and going somewhere else because AdventHealth Imaging is good for nothing, unprofessional and disrespectful people. Be aware of them.
