This is the worse run department in a hospital that i have ever dealt with. If you call, they immediately say please hold and you stay on hold for 30+ minutes. To try to connect to some other department is just as futile. No operators answer the phones. No one calls back. And at the point someone does call back, the girl talks like she has to go to the bathroom. You can't understand a word she is saying, yet Alone a call back number which she makes all into one word with one breath. Totally ridiculous. Worse service I have ever had. Trying to make a follow up appointment for over 3 weeks. No answers from a human I would give no stars, if I could.
