AHN Rheumatology

I made an appointment with this office. We traveled about an hour and one-half from my home to the address that was on the website. I was confused by the number of buildings on the campus and called the office--only to be told that they had moved to another location. We are not from the Pittsburgh area and got woefully lost. When we finally located the office at the new location, the receptionist was abrupt, and because she said that we were more that 15 minutes late my appointment was cancelled and to make another at a later date. After my husband took an entire day from work and we drove for now about 2 hours, I asked if there were any possibility of being seen. I was told that the policy was not up for debate . She closed her little window and left me standing there in shock. I guess I will look for another rheumatologist. I sat in the lobby and cried.
