I see Dr. Winston Capel. I have never been more impressed and satisfied with a doctor!! He is a brilliant, caring and kind man!! He has performed two surgeries on me, both successful!! I cannot say enough good things about him!! His nurse/coordinator/ and everything else is fabulous!! and so kind and caring! Her name is Julie Ellison. I love these two people so much! Do yourself a favor, if you need a Nuerosurgeon, you won’t be disappointed at all with Dr. Capel and Julie Ellison!
