Alcovy Neurology Pc

Did not even get in the door of this place, and wouldn't send my dog or worst enemy there. The staff is absolutely terrible. My father needed an urgent evaluation, but they scheduled him 6 months out. I called to see what could be done. I stated it was not ok to schedule him six months out. The response I got was, "You must not realize all offices are scheduling 6 months out." When I stated I was not discussing other offices I was discussing that office I was hung up on and when I called back they did not answer the phone. If the front staff treats NEW PATIENTS that poorly I can only imagine how terrible the physician must be to employ such disrespectful and lazy employees! I have worked in the medical field for 16 years, and have always been taught to treat to patients the way I would want my loved ones treated. The quality of service in healthcare has gone so far downhill that people are being treated with such disrespect when simply trying to make a new patient appointment.… Absolutely pathetic and I would recommend finding a practice that values patients and RESPECTS them, because Alcovy Neurology is SERIOUSLY LACKING in that department. As previously stated, if the office staff acts this way and it is permitted it goes to show the physician is just as bad. Good, honest and respectable physicians DO NOT stand for this type of behavior in their practice.
