I’m writing this review to warn others about serious issues with this dental office’s ethics and billing practices. I had a cavity filled and was charged out of pocket, despite the procedure being fully covered by my insurance. I later discovered that the dentist never submitted the claim to my insurance provider—and is now refusing to do so, even after multiple requests. To make things worse, the receipt falsely listed a “teeth cleaning,” which I never received. This misrepresentation made it extremely difficult to seek any reimbursement from my bank, since the service listed didn’t match what was actually done. I was also sold a so-called “custom night guard,” which another licensed dentist later identified as nothing more than a cheap bleaching tray made from thin plastic. I’ve contacted the office several times by email and was only told to “come in to talk”—with no written explanation or willingness to resolve the issue. This has been a frustrating and costly experience. I’m… now pursuing formal complaints and legal action.
