This is the worst experience I have ever had. I had an appointment for my annual cleaning and needed to do a couple of fillings. I went in at 11 am. They started with an x-ray, took 3d pictures, and then someone else came spent an hour looking inside my mouth and criticized about all the that has to be done, then finally dr. Richard Vincent Varata came. After hearing what I want done, he said he would get the cleaning and filling done. Also, he had a concern about one of my previous crown and suggested changing it. And then finally, send me to another room to talk to another woman about all of the out of pocket cost items between $2500 to $4000. I went in at 11 am and at 1:00 pm. I sat with a woman talking about I have spent $4000 to get things done that wasn't even my concern. All I wanted was just to get my annual cleaning done. I didn't even get that. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dentist. They are just trying to take away your hard earned money. They are not… providing any service to patients.
