BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! DISCRIMINATION/HIPPA VIOLATION- Absolutely appalled at the demeanor and professionalism at this practice. I will say this is not meant toward every single doctor and nurse in practice as it seems my prior review sparked a ton of in office gossip I was told by the office manager! My only problem has been with the owners demeanor and attitude toward me the whole time before I even left any reviews. Funny though how no one called to discuss said review until someone wanted to get snarky about it over the phone today. I’ve had great experiences with most of the doctors except the owner of the practice and I’ve had an interesting interaction with the ultrasound tech months ago which I left a prior review about. I called to move an appointment as most jobs these days don’t allow you a choice to decline taking shifts and I cannot afford to lose my income. You know life situations and problems that arise? I’m just the odd one i guess who needs to reschedule things here… and there from what I was explained. I highly doubt I’m the only patient who needs to move things around because of life happening. I was met with nastiness and unprofessional laughter from an office manager who doesn’t deserve any kind of job in patient care settings about my prior review. The phone call was to move an appointment time, I didn’t call to complain. This was unprofessionally brought up and laughed about. Mind you they’ve had about a month and some days to confront me about my “nasty”review which was an honest experience I had here earlier this year. I kept returning since but made sure to schedule with doctors I didn’t feel uncomfortable with. Ultimately I was told I was being made fun of by multiple people in the practice and how everyone talks about me and the review. I was also called weird and other names by this woman while on the phone about how I left a bad review. This is absolutely BAD practice to discriminate a patient further because of a review left about one of the five doctors in practice. I was not aware that because I disliked ones demeanor meant I needed to find a new practice all together however this doctor seems entirely peeved I dare mention any negative words about how she was toward me. I have rights. I’m Allowed to voice my opinion and experiences here whether you like them or not and I did so very calmly and respectfully. You just didn’t like what I said is all Is this how you handle all patients who have issues arise with something in your practice? I will never recommend any woman to come here based off the last two times I’ve now had to leave a review especially seeing you violated HIPPA by sharing and laughing about a patient you have in your care. I will be sharing the recorded phone call with the health dept and BBB asap and will be looking into an attorney as this has now prevented me and my unborn baby from care until I can find a new provider. Not to mention the amount of unnecessary stress. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism in any other practice. Thank god I used my employers phone which our company records all phone calls going in and out! Guaranteed they will try to deny ever saying half of the unprofessional and derogatory things said to me on the call. However I have a co worker and boss who were present for the call as i had the phone on speaker as well. Hopefully I find a new practice who doesn’t discriminate their patients especially if they have had negative experiences at one point and spoke outwardly about it or you know? Do their job as an office manager and provider and follow up on bad reviews or patient complaints in an effort to apologize and seek if they can offer a better experience going forward. Shame on you. You absolutely do not care about your patients. I can only imagine the possible neglect me and my Unborn baby could’ve received if this is how they truly thought about me after a review I left on google.
