I initially thought the team was kind and somewhat effective. After first appointment had to call multiple times to get the script Dr. Nessetti ordered to actually be sent to the pharmacy. I understood maybe they are behind I’ll ignore the mistake. After a few more Months of care switched another script over to dr Nessetti, again never followed through on the order, I had to call the office on multiple occasions (which is near impossible to get someone to answer) to be told your other dr never released your script. Well that would have been nice information over a month ago when you Dr. N told me the script would be handled. Then it was never discussed that he would not provide the same script that my previous dr provided. This took over 3 weeks of calling the office to get answers, never receiving a return phone call. Finally I went to go leave a review and noticed other poor reviews where Dr N left his cell number. I called left a message, Dr N retuned my phone call to state that he… is responding to these questions but his staff is not relaying The message. No apology for sitting in pain for months with no follow up communication. Please don’t subject yourself to this uncaring office.

Incompetent medical practice from the physician to the receptionist. Standard sanitary practices were not followed even for a blood draw. Nothing went right with my appt and I was misdiagnosed. Had to find a new PCP.

I don't think there's one person in this office that has had actual medical training you be better off going to a veterinarian
