I arrived 9 minutes late to my appointment—well within the 10-minute grace period this office claims to offer. I was still turned away. When I asked why, I was eventually told it was because they had a meeting at 12. That information should’ve been communicated clearly, instead of using my arrival time as an excuse. To make matters worse, while I was trying to speak with staff, other patients started listening in. As I walked out, one even said, “Try not being late next time.” No one from the office stepped in to maintain any level of professionalism or patient privacy. Extremely disappointing experience. I expected better communication, respect, and basic decency from a healthcare provider.
