I have been going to this dental practice for 8 years. Received a root canal in 2016 which failed . What is really disheartening is the fact that this practice didn’t even notice after years of X-rays and deep cleanings and other work. This failed root canal resulted in major bone loss causing me to have an extraction, bone graph and implant neither of which Dr. Anderson will reimburse me for. Maybe if they stopped seeing so many patients and focusing on actually quality care instead of just $$$ this type of neglect wouldn’t happen.
