Disgusting and inhumane treatment. Employees are incompetent, inconsiderate, and terrible excuses for medical professionals. Archer Institute is worse than anything I could’ve imagined. Tried calling a hotline for patient advocacy and I had the phone taken away from me while finally getting one of the three numbers provided to pick up the phone call. The other two numbers were not even in existence any more. I was told “nobody can help you in here”, and “there’s not a judge or lawyer in the world who can do anything for you in here… it’s completely outside of their legal powers and the only person who can get you out of here is the doctor over there”. No engagement with patients. No real medical treatment or care whatsoever. This place is the opposite of what you would expect from a medical facility. My stay here has created conditions for me that are very difficult to cope with due to the PTSD and emotional distress that it caused me. My stay has exacerbated and prolonged existing… issues I was seeking treatment for and has created a plethora of additional and more severe and problematic issues and conditions that continue to affect my everyday life, goals, relationship, happiness, health, and overall wellbeing. These additional conditions and issues that continue to arise after my stay at Archer Institute and continue to negatively impact my life in more and more ways, have continued and have been haunting me every day for months now, all as a result of this evil place and it’s disgusting employees and facilities.
