Arizona Neurology Associates PLLC

My husband and I both are patients at Arizona Neurology Association. We are extremely disappointed in the level of care we receive because the Medical Assistants apparent attempt to act like a doctor and change the content of the doctor's appeal for serious testing ensuring it is denied. We are frustrated that the doctors have assumed their MAs are ethical and accurate , but it appears they are changing the doctor's orders resulting in messing up the patients who now do not get the treatment they need. Apparently, the doctors do not check on the work of their Medical Assistants. The MAs need to be closely supervised and their work checked because it seems they are being unethical and harming the patients.
