I waited a very long time to see Dr. Godwin. She left a wonderful first impression. On my second appointment, I had to wait over an hour to be seen. I had a very personal exam done with a scope inserted into my bladder. I was rushed through it and I had a lot of questions that were answered in a very scatter-brained way. I still didn’t understand what was going on. I mentioned that my original referral from the first visit was denied. What Godwin found in my scope was also supposed to be solved with PT. The referral was never approved. My questions were never answered. Months later, I got a call from the MA trying to push out my next appointment. When I asked what the appointment was for, she said it was for what I already did. Her team didn’t even remember that I was seen before. Dr. Godwin seems to be in it for the money and doesn’t care about the people who are putting their trust in her to care for them. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MY DIGNITY. Grade F.
