ASPEN DENTAL

Worst place ever. Bad service, bad work, unprofessional employees, and they will rob you. I kept going back bc they were the only place that took my insurance but it wasn't worth it. I should've paid more and gone somewhere else. They over charged me by $999 by adding an "upgrade" that I didn't agree to and told them I DID NOT WANT. It's been a year and they still have not credited it back and will not return my calls. I've lost count of how many messages I've left for Sasha. I have a recording of her telling me that the charge would be credited back but of course it wasn't. Erica is rude and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about when she was either wrong or just lying and I have paperwork to prove it. She acted like she no idea how my insurance worked and argued with me about it. She told me my treatment plan was going to be $7k MORE than what I agreed to which obviously upset me. When i asked her to print out a copy of the agreement I signed, she said that was… just for my information and they didn't keep those copies, which is an obvious lie. The dental assistants talked shit about the temporary dentist right in front of me at one appointment. They left white streaks all over my face and let me walk out like that, I didn't get a chance to even look bc they rushed me out the door so fast. One time they sent the wrong referral and I ended up having to reschedule with the specialist bc no one answered when the specialist called them to get clarification. The dentist tried to tell me that they always answer and the specialist was lying, but they called from my phone, right in front of me, so I could hear the phone ringing and ringing with no answer. I had to leave work twice to deal with this mistake that they wouldn't own up to. Another time I had an infected tooth and called them every day for 3 days to update them and describe my symptoms and see if I could get in sooner, they told me it was fine, I had to wait for my appointment, and didn't tell me to do anything. When I finally saw the visiting dentist he told me I should've gone to the ER 2 days ago and could've gone blind. On another occasion I saw a visiting dentist and he told me something was wrong with what the main dentist did and wanted to make sure I knew that he was not taking responsibility for the previous work. Save your time and your sanity and go somewhere else. It's truly not worth it to try to save money and you will probably end up spending more anyway bc of the charges they will add without your consent.

Scam artists. I came in due to an old filling falling out and had quite a bit of mouth pain. The dentist did the filling extremely fast. She had no assistant and it took half the time of any other filling I had in the past. Within two days I started having tooth pain again and realized my filling came out. I returned to the dentist and she didn't even bother looking in my mouth. Just told me I needed a root canal. I definitely couldn't afford that as I don't have insurance. I was charged well over $100 for a three minute appointment. I ended up going to a different dentist and he said he could absolutely just do a filling on the tooth. The filling has held up great and I am in zero pain. Do not waste your money at Aspen Dental. They are crooks and should be ashamed of themselves
