Doctors here are ok, however BEWARE. Since this location in Beaverton Oregon is balance billing against their contract with my insurer EMI, I demand a refund of all amounts. I am requesting that another individual discuss the billing with me since I have tried multiple times with the location manager and only get ignored (a email went unread for almost two weeks) or spin. It is simply a lie that I am responsible for amounts above and beyond covered services. My insurer has a contract with them to accept what they pay as payment in full for covered services at the contracted percentage. Therefore, I demand a full refund of all services beyond what I should be paying. The billing is fraudulent. While I waited over 10 days for a response during a dental emergency I finally got the manager on the line. However, I would not be even considered to receive treatment until I'd first paid out of pocket for an exam which insurance had already paid for the day before! This location does NOT… actually communicate with insurers before the fact but claims they do. My insurance company keeps records of inquiries and can verify that. What they did to me is deceit! Their prices also average above the industry standards. The parent company was in a law suit before for deceiving vulnerable customers on pricing. They owe me money back now and I have to spend my precious time on that bs. Don't waste your time on this chain location. Loss: $2000+ Pros: Location Cons: Deceiving customers and balance billing.
