I made an appointment for my 5 year old. They sent a text asking me to confirm the appointment. I responded within 24 hours. The next day the office called and said they received my confirmation but unfortunately they had already cancelled the appointment. I asked them to add the appointment back and they said no they could not do that. This is unethical and bad practice.
