Absolutely horrible - Dr. Ananparah for the worst doctor I've ever been to. He was rude and dismissive. He spent more time complaining about his work load than trying to help. He never did an assessment or history. Was mean. And he just said he was blunt. No he was mean. My husband and I will be leaving his practice and recommend no one should ever go see him.

A successful relationship between doctor and patient includes open communication with the ability of patients to question their doctors as well as the ability of doctors to assist patients with their questions/concerns. Dr. Natasha Pyfrom, a young physician, does not like to be questioned, nor does she seem to understand the limits imposed by the Atrium patient portal on patients, such as maximum number of characters allowed per message (300) sometimes leading to the need to send multiple messages regarding a singular important issue, or the inability to put an emphasis on certain words when writing as one would when speaking other than to capitalize them and assume them as "yelling." The purpose of capital letters in a written message is to call the attention of the reader, as written words are seen, not heard--and when a patient is dismissed from this office due to this misunderstanding without any attempt at a phone or in-person conversation, that is a problem with the practice.… Additionally, if you are in a position where you need to advocate for a loved one's medical needs because they are unable to do so for themselves, this is neither the physician nor practice for you.
