Aventura Primary Care And Preventive Medicine

This office has gone down drastically. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!. I have called over 20 times letting the phone ring non stop and no one picks up. I have been trying to get refills and an appointment for my mother and no luck and she is a high risk patient. I will be moving her from this office immediately. Also if they do answer the lady that answers the phone has no customer service.
