I had a very bad experience here with Dr Sonali Jay Seth at first she seemed OK then she could not address all my serve medical issues., She seemed very inexperienced and has no support from this clinic. Axis community health shows no value in their patience.

LOCATION 5925 LAS POSITAS BLV Pleasanton,CA Ste 100. I've been patient here for over a year and had some challenges from short office visits to phone visits with out taking my vital signs. also dead end referrals to find out over and over again they don't take CHCN insurance. The doctor was ok and did what she can under this administration until recently they released me because I filed grievances with the insurance company that has a contract with them. Now they will not refill my meds that I count on for serious medical condition's. Dr Sonali Sheth @ Axis Community Health refused to refill my medications just shows a lack of experience and mis guidance from this clinic. Management will not return phone calls Liz Perez-Howe. Extreme discard of their patients and well being of people.
