Baylor Scott And White Family Medicine North Fort Worth

I had originally seen Dr. Nguyen and while she was very nice I did not feel like she was a good fit for me. Especially after she said that my labs were normal after I had seen that I actually had some levels that were elevated. I spoke to the ladies in the front office (who were amazing and so nice!) and I set up a new appointment with Dr. Dieu. Today I got a call from the office manager Christy who informed me that all Baylor Scott and White offices do not allow you to switch doctors in office. She was extremely rude to me on the phone and called me disrespectful for asking questions about this policy since I had not been told about this earlier. She repeatedly kept interrupting me as I tried to speak to say that she was canceling my appointment with Dr. Dieu. She also kept repeating how she was going to have to talk with the ladies in the front office about how switching doctors was not a part of the policy. Her tone as she said this was very negative and I was concerned that she was… going to be rude to the office ladies as well. After she called me disrespectful, I calmly told her that I felt she was being so by continuing to interrupt me and her response was to say that she’s actually the nicest person who works in that office and she’s been doing her job at Baylor Scott and White for 25 years. She just seemed very entitled to me. So all in all, Dr. Nguyen seemed nice enough just not a good fit for me. The ladies in the office are amazing! However, if you have any issues or miscommunication issues dealing with Christy is going to be horrible. So I guess I would not recommend this office. Which is unfortunate because I’ve since heard great things about Dr. Dieu but I won’t get to find that out because of their policy.
