Bayonne Dermatology

I went to see this dermatologist on 03/12/2024 at 10:00am for a rash on my legs. I was told i needed allergy testing, a skin biopsy and medications, all before a history was taken on me. I informed the physician on my medical history and she concluded after already having a needle pointed at my rash site that because I informed her of my history I could not have a biopsy done. Then she went on to tell me I needed to have 20 patches attached to my back for 48 hours to do allergy testing for chemicals. She informed me that I'd have to be still, not sweat or shower while these patches were in place. I stated I could not do that unless it was a weekend as I work. She then said it could only be done on a Wednesday because I'd have to return to the office Friday to remove them. I again stated I could not do that as I work and can't take off from work. She then advised me of what she thought the rash is and that she was going to call 3 medications in to a special pharmacy that would make the… medication deliver them to me. It is now 03/13/2024 at 1:43 pm and I still do not have the medication. Her office advised that the doctor sees over 100 patients a day and is very busy. So I just suffer? Quality over quantity! If you can't provide quality services to 1 patient how can you provide quality service to 100 patients? I'm completely disappointed in the care I received and I continue to suffer from an extremely itchy rash. Disappointed is an understatement.
