Impossible to schedule. When you can finally get in touch with someone they lack empathy and are very unprofessional.

DO NOT seek help from this facility they are absolutely unprofessional and incompetent this facility should be shut down and everyone working there should never be allowed to practice in that field ever again I’ve seen multiple reviews of people having experienced the same thing I did my son is 11 and severely autistic non verbal for the last year on and off we’ve been seeing Daphne Wacasey who isn’t even a licensed psychiatrist but a Nurse Practitioner which I didn’t even realize until recently which explains her lack of knowledge but certainly doesn’t explain her being unprofessional and incompetent I’ve never had an issue with her prior to our last visit in fact I honestly believed she cared until our last virtual appointment where she immediately started off with an attitude she told me to get blood work done for the type of medicine my son was taking but never specifically told me it had to be at a specific place and could not be done by his primary doctor and began to basically… yell at me and talk down to me for going to the wrong place at one point I even had to ask her why she was being hostile that caused her to become even more loud and nasty I was trying to find the blood work from our doctor to give her the prolactin level but she just continued to talk down to me about not going to the right place so of course I questioned her well how was I supposed to know you didn’t tell me and she just continued yelling saying she did tell me and wasn’t going to do this that she’d send in my sons medicine and disconnected our virtual appointment I called back that day it was a Friday because the pharmacy informed me she didn’t even call in both medicines I told them I would sue and they still didn’t call in his medicine until after the weekend so my son went without medicine all weekend not only is this unacceptable and unprofessional it is dangerous for my son after all the I realized she had no idea what she was doing because she should have told me from the beginning that specific medicine required blood work and she didn’t tell me until he’s already been taking it for awhile her disconnected the call before even getting his prolactin levels let’s me know she has no idea what she is doing I’ve called multiple times demanding to speak to someone about this being told someone will contact me and nothing has happened this is medical negligence and I will be reporting this to the board of psychiatry please read the reviews before sending your children or even going for yourself these people are criminals and racist and if you have experienced the same thing which multiple reviews shows this has happened before even with daphne I advise you contact the board of psychiatry and report this facility and the specific person they have committed malpractice too many times they need to be held accountable I’m now without a psychiatrist for my son with only a 30 day supply of his medicine if I’m lucky to even find another one in that timeframe I have no idea the possible side effects of withdrawal from either of the two medicines that he’s taking I have no idea if his blood work levels are okay all because of daphnes choice to be combative and me asking what her problem was she has no shame and neither does anyone working at that facility
