This place is horrible. They don't return calls. Or keep scheduled appointments. They get the intake form and insurance so they can bill but offer horrible service. I was even referred to the owner- Mrs. King, and she told me she would handle things and lied. I have no faith in this place. If you looking for help or resources for mental health please go elsewhere bc this is not the practice.

I’ve never been to a worse doctor. Tharta King continuously misses scheduled appointments and now can’t fill my prescription until we schedule a new appointment. First available is a month out. Not to mention the office never answers the phone during scheduled business hours and are always very rude. Surprised this place is still open to be honest. I would avoid at all costs.

If you’re looking for a personal, psychiatrist that talks more than just about prescriptions and sending you on your way, I don’t recommend this place. Also, if you’re trying to get in touch with your doctor, it takes 2-3 business days just for a return phone call phone.
