The dental hygienists and dentists themselves are very good. Professional and knowledgeable, however the office staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They need customer service training. Front office staff are the first point of contact for patients and this staff always leave us feeling like a burden. They talk negatively about patients in front of patients and are judgemental.
