Candise made me do her annual trainings for her employment, made me make her and her family personal meals and I witnessed her offering her favorite peers at work unauthorized and unneeded narcotic prescriptions. She follows her own rules and it’s at the expense of patient safety

I had to call for over a month to get them to put in my refill for my medications. I went several days without them, not because I forgot or because I didn’t pick them up, but because it took her so long to coordinate my prescription. Disorganized and not prioritizing her patients. Has plenty of time to walk in her coworkers office to make lunch plans while I’m kept waiting though.

is this even a real provider? I felt like it was a skit or a play. She has no hygiene, is constantly smoking near her patients and the smell follows her. I did not want my adolescent around her and her backhand smoke. She was on her phone texting for half of the appointment.

Candise will lie to you, bill your insurance or you for therapy even if she only did meds. She will push you off into students and then leave the office and expect the patients to get all their care from ungraduated students. When you leave and she’s outside smoking like she is every two minutes you’ll hear all the info on other patients.
