This office consistently shows a complete lack of respect for patients' time. Appointments mean nothing here—the doctor arrives whenever he wants, and even then, only sees patients via video. I had an in-person appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM. The doctor finally arrived at 1:20 PM, yet I was still left waiting with no explanation from staff. It’s now 4:00 PM, and I’m still waiting—for a virtual visit, at that—despite being here in person. This is my third time experiencing the same disorganized, frustrating process. Sitting for hours without communication is absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend this office He only see people VIA a Camera.
