Medication refills for blood pressure meds denied. I was seen 3 mths ago. I requested refills on metoprolol and lisinopril. Initially denied stating I need to schedule a physical. Called in December 23rd at 5pm. I had already been without a few days. The timing obviously made it impossible to obtain this medication. This is not the first incident of failure to provide adequate care. This is just my first time actually complaining. I do not recommend.
