If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would give him that! He had ZERO bedside manner, ZERO professional knowledge and ZERO respect. He refused to even look at my grandfathers growth after I described it to him. After I insisted, I had to open the bandage myself and then he looked for one second and said there is nothing he can do for that. I then had to re bandage it myself with no help from him or staff. He then told me to sit over there and pointed to a chair...like I was a child. A friend of mine also went to him and she was told to come BEFORE office hours to do a body check, which we both found extremely concerning and unprofessional.
