Horrible service. The women at the front desk were extremely rude and unprofessional. As the primary insurance holder, I requested an itemized receipt for my son's treatment for insurance reimbursement purposes, and they refused to provide it. This lack of basic customer service and understanding is completely unacceptable. I expected more professionalism and courtesy when dealing with patients and their families.
