They are amazing here! Never had a problem in the year of going here at the fort o office everyone is always so nice. They always remember my kids without having to look at the chart! 10/10 would recommend

We scheduled care expecting a more consistent and coordinated experience. The overall process felt fragmented, and it was difficult to get clear guidance when our concerns and questions came up afterward. We also found the policies to be more rigid than expected. Ultimately, we decided this practice was not the best match for our family’s needs and looked elsewhere for care.

My child was seen for a sleep-related concern. The medication that was prescribed did not work well for him and caused additional difficulty with sleep. When I called with concerns, I was told the medication would likely not be changed, and I was unable to receive a school excuse. The experience felt frustrating and impersonal, especially since we did not see the same provider consistently. Because of this, I would not choose this practice again.
